Therefore, we will require every client wishing to engage in financial transactions with us to provide two forms of identification to verify their full name, residential or business address, date of birth, proof of funds and registration details with any corporate bodies.

 We have always been able to exceed our clients expectations but in the very unlikely event that a complaint is made and the even unlikelier event that we do not resolve it, our clients can rest assured that we are registered with the Property Redress Scheme under ref: PRS037983 meaning that a complaint can be escalated to the PRS for an independent review. This offers our clients an extra level of protection and security.

We have never had to use it but our clients can rest assured that we are fully insured up to £250k with Duncan Clark (Insurance Brokers) Limited under policy number: PI23B1056217 meaning our clients are always in safe hands and protected throughout. 

Public Liability Insurance protects both our clients and ourselves.
