A lease option is a legal arrangement that allows us to take control and manage a property. We would manage tenants that we fully qualify before placing in to the property for a fixed term. We deal with all the tenancy agreements. It usually involves an option to buy the property at the current market value but paid at the end of the term. The benefit to the property owner is piece of mind that they do not have to worry about finding the mortgage payments or cover any bills. We may even take responsibility of the maintenance for the property and we always guarantee the monthly fee to the property owner. The property owner would have a totally passive guaranteed income each month. We benefit by making a profit from the tenants.
Lease:
The property owner agrees to a monthly payment and gives full control of the property to us.The property owner also gives permission for us to rent out the property to tenants.An option for us to buy the property may be agreed. We usually offer the full market value of the property at the time of the agreement. This would be paid at the end of the agreement.
In return:
We offer a guaranteed rental income to the property owner removing all hassles and issues.
